As I continue to enter cards, I found these 4 Mantles, obviously reprints, not from the '96-'97 Topps Reprint because they don't have the embossed marker. Also I can't find reprint stamped anywhere on the cards. Super sleuths go to work! lol.

I have the '62 one of those I think. The only way you can tell it is a reprint is the back is going in the wrong direction. I don't think I ever found it on here but let me look.

No I never found it in the database and everyone I see on Ebay does not list a year or what kind of reprint it is.

Another examples of reprints affecting the hobby. Tough when they are identical to the original card, with no mention of reprint.

I did quite a bit of searching, myself. I think the only ones authorized to reprint a Topps card, would be Topps themselves. These aren't reprints, they're forgeries.

Wrong photo on the 1966 Topps, here's the original 1966 Topps.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

I also did some searching earlier tonight. When I found nothing to confirm anything about a single one of the cards, I decided not to reply. Looks like everyone else is getting the same thing. My initial thought was maybe the 2010-2012 Cards Your Mom Threw Out Original Backs, 60 Years of Topps Original Backs or The Lost Cards Original Backs, but those don't match up. Then I thought of the 1987 Card Collectors' Reprints but that's only for the '52 Bowman card, so that also didn't match up. I have no idea what those cards actually are or where they came from!

Fakes. Counterfeits. Whatever other word you want to use for them that would mean the same thing.
Nice kindling.

That's OK, at least I know now. However, I would like to account for them in my collection. Does anybody have any ideas how I can do this?
Now that I have been busy adding cards, I don't want to overlook any.
TY, ~BOB~
