Card Identification Forum

These are both 1994 Starting Lineup cards. The cards clearly have two numbers- the original Score number that the card was based on, and the Starting Lineup number on the bottom under the text box. The set currently has them listed with made up Beckett numbers. I know that's not right and needs to be changed, question is...which numbers should they be changed to?

I'd lean towards the original card number. The other number appears to be a product code or ID number that's present on the bar code/UPC.

I also lean towards the original card number, although my reasoning is that it would be more logical to filter for that card number when searching for the cards in the database.

Of course, that opens up the can of worms regarding NNOs when some sort of number is present, and I know how Billy feels about that one 

Definitely not the Beckett number. Use the Score card number.  The number in the lower right corner is the Kenner product code.  Same as on the back of the package.  It's to ensure the correct card gets in the correct package.

I agree.  The one in the upper right corner is the card number.

I am with everyone here, the product code isn't a card number so using the original number would be ideal.
