I can't figure out if this should be a base card, in the premier preview set, or the preview set. Item No. on the back is 755207-6HA if that helps anyone.
Thanks,
Matt E

Pretty sure like the other one of Compton. A pack-in premium/promo mounted behind the die-cast car on a blister-bubble, 1/64 scale Hotwheels/Matchbox sized car.

Well, it's not the premier version, I found the Benson one of that series:
Definitely portrait orientation on that set as I postulated in my reply on the Compton one.
Here's the Preview version:
Looks like yours is definitely the base one. Too bad about the creases.

Different photo on that card in the link than the one uploaded by the OP.

It seems like they were a little inconsistent with which cards went with which set. I noticed the same thing that was just replied under my Stacy Compton post of the same set. Same car/Same packaging/different card. Maybe there isn't a for sure answer and they were just kind of thrown in all of the sets. I've also never seen a "premier preview" car/card combo so I don't even know where to start with those. Thanks for the help though. Really appreciate it.

They were known to modify the car and card during the season, especially in that era. Most of the time the card differences were for special paint schemes, but Benson and Compton didn't get any produced so one of them MUST be from the Preview, and one from the standard release. I just found a photo of my Compton preview so I will add that in the other thread.
Premier Preview is not denoted on the card AT ALL, or on the car. It was simply a Premier car with a Preview label on the packaging. (preview appeared on the car and card in 1995-97, but not after. Post 1998 the Preview appears only on the packaging. Not every year had previews).
They were not placed randomly. It looks like in this case I messed up, putting them in the wrong place, because I didn't bother to record that they were the Previews when I was documenting which ones I had.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards. I'm assuming that the Premier Preview cards would be the vertical format card with the photo to match the horizontal preview card, assuming that they used any logic when creating the sets.
I know, that's a big assumption at this point.
