Looks like a typical printing error of the back not matching up with the front. These type of errors are often not mentioned anywhere, unless a whole batch of them are known to exist. This usually occurs when the wrong sheet has been put into the printing press so the card side that is being printed doesn't match up with the already printed side. In the old days that would usually make the back side "upside down" from which ever way it was supposed to be oriented.

With that being said is it valuable? Considering the availability of the card.

No more so than a typical Devin Bush card. A Faulk collector may be interested in it due to the back, but I can't imagine it commanding much of a premium.

I'll never quit collecting entirely, but I am downsizing. Check out my COMC store and help me thin out what I don't want so I can buy cards that I do want. See something you like? Send me a message on here, and we can knock the price down quite a bit. I'll even take a bit of a loss if it means getting you a card you really want.

I had a card that generally sells for a dime but was a wrong-back like this sell for $1 on ebay. There are collectors of either of the players or teams who will want it and pay a little more than the standard card price.

Yeah, Dan makes a good point that I just realized I forgot to add. There are some collectors who collect errors like this that may pay a bit more for it. Billy Kingsley and BobsCardz are two error collectors that come to mind on this site.

Like has already been mentioned above, they aren't really worth more than the normal versions of those players, but you can usually find individual collectors who will pay a little more for them since they are a little more unique than the standard card of those particular players. Pro Line must not have had any quality control department in 1995, because I bought several boxes of them, and I have close to 200 wrong back cards from that set. In one of the boxes, I averaged 1 wrong back per pack.
