I found a variation that hasn't been added to the database. 

Cool!  I haven't even seen this one reported on any of the other sites yet.

This is in fact a variation (not that I was disputing you).

Looks like SSP variations like this also exist for:

15 Cody Bellinger - Los Angeles Dodgers
50 Clayton Kershaw - Los Angeles Dodgers
104 Jose Altuve - Houston Astros
150 Mike Trout - Los Angeles Angels
300 Kris Bryant - Chicago Cubs

So you're telling me that they intentionally put an error on this card somewhere, and because of that, because they simulated having poor quality control, this card can (and maybe is) command a premium?

I hate intentional variations. Great pull though!

I think "Error" variation doesn't apply in this case (was just the term cardboardconnection used).  This is a variation photo.

Some of the others on the list are intentional errors, and I agree with you that those are a bit cringy.

I still haven't seen any of this set in stores.  I would have thought that since the point of this release was supposed to be a low priced set geared towards kids, that the shelves at Target would be loaded with them.  

I saw some at Target last weekend. What bothers me is that if it's marketed towards kids, why have a bunch of variations and SSP's? I mean maybe 1 or 2 non-serial numbered variations that are scarcer, just for the thrill of the hunt but do we really need another set with 5 base set variations including an SN100, SN50, and a 1/1?

Not sure why, but the Stat Kings card I have ends in #124.

I think that "base" cards in this context references only cards 1-300 and 366-400.

Cards #301-365 are subsets including Stat Kings Trio, All-Time Greats, and Ballpark Landmarks.  None of the subsets have variations as far as I know.

Speaking of, I think the checklist on TCDB is incorrect for 301-330.  There are three cards listed for each, when in reality, it is 3 players that appear together on one card.

Ugh! You're correct about 301-330. And people put the things in their collections! (At least the couple I checked.)

We need IRs entered for each one. If it happens to not have any in the collections, we'll be able to delete with 3 Level 8s. Otherwise, it'll have to go to Admin, but that's easy enough to do.
