Any Idea what set this one came from? Doesn't appear to be listed in the database.
Thanks!

Good job SDC, but I got to it first this time. I was typing up the new listing while you were posting the Beckett link.

Thanks for all the info! One would think it would be copyrighted in 2002 instead of 1994.

Disagree with Beckett. It's copyrighted 1994. PSA dates it 1994. Comc.com lists it as 1994. Shaq signed with #32; his jersey number from 1993-1996. In 2002 his jersey number was #34.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

I'm guessing that it's b/c HSN sat on them for many years until he won enough trophies to jack the price up. Classic couldn't have packed-out the cards b/c they were too tall. They could have put them in as box toppers, but that's the only way Classic could have got them out. Also, if you notice in the signature that Shaq signed it #32 instead of #33. So they were definitely signed after he got into the NBA where #33 wasn't available for him. He could have signed them in 1994 when Classic "made" them, but then they held on to them b/c they were unsure how to release them. When Classic went out of business, HSN likely bought the inventory (or vault) and didn't sell any of them until 2002. That was a common thing with HSN and QVC in the late 90's and early 2000's.
