Does anyone know anything about this set? I assume they were some sort of promo/giveaway but I don't know how they were actually distributed. I was able to put together the following partial checklist from COMC:
#6 - Brock Boesser
#9 - Clayton Keller
#13 - Nico Hischier
#19 - Nolan Patrick
#33 Patrick Roy
#34 - Auston Matthews
#56 - Kailer Yamamoto
#66 - Mario Lemieux
#70 - Alex Nylander
#73 - Charlie McAvoy
#89 - Alex Tuch
#97 - Connor McDavid
I believe each of those card numbers is the player's jersey number, so it is quite likely a skip-numbered set and doesn't actually have up to 100 cards.

Sounds like the numbering in this set is right up Billy Kingsley’s alley...sorry, am I stirring the pot now too?

I'll never quit collecting entirely, but I am downsizing. Check out my COMC store and help me thin out what I don't want so I can buy cards that I do want. See something you like? Send me a message on here, and we can knock the price down quite a bit. I'll even take a bit of a loss if it means getting you a card you really want.

The numbers are very obviously the players's uniform numbers. I'm going to turn the other way on this one.

I can't understand why, card numbering aside. Partial checklists only take three people (including Admin), several weeks, and an insane amount of research to fix correctly (once it's discovered as incomplete since there's no indication it could be).
a) Sounds like no clue on complete checklist
b) What could go wrong?

Kyle, not sure where you're going on this one. Want to expand on those thoughts, or give some specifics?
BTW, in case you're curious, we're resolving, on average, 65 IRs per day. I worked on one today that took me 3 hours to get through. Are you criticizing how long things take?
And yes, figuring out where a checklist is lacking, and inserting in the right spots, and having the correct info - all this takes time. Lots of time. This is why we request all the time to only upload complete checklists.

I could be wrong, but I think Kyle was saying it was a little premature to list this set without additional research and updating a incomplete set is a pain in the rear, so people should have waited.
