Card Identification Forum

I have several of these and have not been able to find them in the db. I believe they came several to a pack. You punch out the pieces and assemble them in a 3-D player pose. Actually pretty cool. I'd appreciate and help in identifying them in the db.

Looks like Beckett has a checklist listed as "2003 FLEER 3D". 18 Players, 72 different cards/variations. They list numbers, but I don't believe the actual cards are numbered.

If you search ebay for "2003 FLEER 3D" you will see lots of good examples on how these were sold in blister packs with one "assembled" card and a pack with 4 un-assembled cards.

This is the set description from BaseballCardPedia.

"2003 Fleer 3D is a 72 "card" set that was released exclusively to mass-market retail outlets in September, 2003. Each "card" was a perforated sheet with various body parts that, when put together, creates a miniature statue of the player.

The set is sub-divided into six, 12-card subsets: Sliding (#1-#12), Fielding (#13-#24), Diving (#25-#36), Left-Handed Batting (#37-#48), Right-Handed Batting (#49-#60), and Pitching (#61-#72).

The set was distributed in blister packs, with one per-assembled statue and a pack of four "cards" in each blister."

Sounds like this hasn't been added to the db yet. I remember the packaging now. I have several assembled.
