The checklist/spreadsheet released by Panini lists this card number as "94," yet the card itself has a number of "USA-DP." How should the checklist be entered? I ask because I am certain that other cards are going to have similar numbering issues. I believe that there have been similar problems with Panini in the past. Any thoughts? Appreciate the help.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Panini. <yuck>
Of course, the checklist should be entered as the cards are - so that means with the letters, NOT with the numbers. It should also be entered in alpha order by those letters in the "card number" field.
This means that Panini checklists should ALWAYS be verified by looking at the ACTUAL cards before they are posted here. Even if that means it takes an extra day or two to get them up here - it's not worth it. Those who enter the wrong checklists of a 100-card insert set will cost L8 members (those working the IRs) about 2 hours to fix their mistake. No exaggeration.

Where does the "DP" come from? "Development Program"? It's not the player's initials.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

I was wondering about the "DP" also. Panini is known for numbers when the insert set is really letter combinations but it usually at least resembles the player's initials.

Is this a card you have in hand or have seen the physical card?

That is clearly a scan of a real card. Panini's mockups show the foil as silver, this is blackish, as it shows in scans. Also, if it was a mock-up, the auto sticker would not have been incorrectly applied. Note that it's not properly affixed to the card on the top right. They also use a slightly different font for the One of One text in mockups.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards. The card was up for auction on ebay. Ended unsold just recently (delivery date 4/23). Listing had no scan of the back. Which makes me think this is the real thing.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

I found some back images of various SNs on ebay, comc.com, Google. All had letters but NONE of them were the player's initials. A new low for Panini.
