I have three of these cards, Larry Johnson, Dikembe Mutombo and Billy Owens. Fronts are similar to other front row cards from that year but I cannot find any with the "Freezer Queen" back.

comc.com has them listed as "1992 Front Row Promo" with various shows on the back.
