Mis-fire on the foil. Cannot be catalogued here, but a Braves / Klesko / Indians /Sox / Belle collector might pay more for that card that the standard one.

I would think just a misprint of the foil process. I have some of these from basketball. Might be worth more to a player or team collector but in general I would think it would decrease the value.
