1999 Pacific Private Stock Home Run History #21 Crown DC

So obviously I know about 75% of the things about this card, but I cannot find anything about the silver foil stamp on the front. The card belongs to the 1999 Pacific Private Stock Home Run History #21 Crown DC, but for the life of me I cannot find anything referencing the "Pacific Partners" foil stamped onto the card. Anyone have any ideas??

Had to take a picture becuase my scanner does not like to play nice with cards in plastic cases.

Not a clue! It's funny that Beckett graded it but they have nothing about Pacific Partners in their entire database. I sure hope someone can give an answer.

Makes you wonder if "Pacific Partners" was some sort of aftermarket stamp. spazmatastic wrote: Not a clue! wondering if it was a for a special event. but due to the type of card they went to a diffrent embossment. here is some info on the embossment program they ran. https://www.freedomcardboard.com/forum/showthread.php/147364-1997-2003-Pacific-Trading-Cards-quot-Get-Embossed-quot-Program-Embossed-Card-Info-Thread. just a thought.
