Is this a variation? The card is the same, but I have two like this that came sealed from Topps. The plastic that they are sealed in has the gold writing at the bottom. It says Topps Last Day Production. https://www.tradingcarddb.com/ViewCard.cfm/sid/803/cid/147907/1996-Topps-7-Mickey-Mantle
