Card Identification Forum

Another brief forum appearance. I picked this up in a recent COMC order because it popped up cheap and I collect Mojsiejenko. That said, we don't seem to have a listing. I assume it's a 2019 Score Buyback, just like recent Topps baseball buybacks. I also assume that we will likely handle listing these the same way - on an "as discovered" basis. Am I somewhere in the ballpark? Or have I gone crazy? Thanks in advance.

Actually, I stand corrected. It appears, browsing COMC listings, that these were only issued for the 30th Anniversary, meaning only the 1989 Score and 1989 Score Supplemental set would be stamped. So would it make more sense to just list the entire 1989 Score and Supplemental sets, just like we do with Heritage baseball?

Makes me a little nervous, because I've always found it to be easier to prove a card exists than prove a card doesn't exist, and I wouldn't want to create "ghost" entries. Sure would save us a lot of work adding cards one-by-one though...

Going by the era I would say it would be "safe" to list the whole set unless.....and here is where the not a football collector comes in....their is some huge $ card in that set that they would not stamp.

The only two that I would wonder about would be the Barry Sanders RC and Troy Aikman RC, but an Aikman already sold on COMC, so that one exists at least.

Well if they did that to an Aikman rookie then someone finding a Sanders can't be far behind.
