They came with 1/64 cars. I have never been able to find out how many were made. I have Petty, Jeremy Mayfield and Jeff Burton in my collection, all of which I got new with the diecast. I find it unlikely they did not make some of the other Roush cars or the #43 but I've never been able to hunt them down.
They may have been a Toys R Us exclusive...I seem to recall that from the time, but unfortunately I didn't take any notes.
VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards.
