Card Identification Forum

I have found most of a 10 card set distributed in packs of 96 Action Packed Credentials, The card fronts have the foil look of the Silver Speed versions, and the backs carry a "Speed of Sound" logo. Otherwise, they match the "Speed Machine" cards 55 to 64 from the base set. I don't see it in the database or on a couple of other sites I checked. Anyone have the story on this set?

I have heard of the "Speed of Sound" set, but I don't have any further info on it.  I remember it being discussed a few times over the years.  It came up then for the very same reason, it was not documented anywhere.
