Card Identification Forum

This isn't so much of a card identification as it is a set identification issue. The picture shows the front of a Tim Lincecum card that, to the best of my knowledge, belongs to a set that was distributed during the 2007 All Star game by Upper Deck. I tried but was unsuccessful in finding this set on the site in order to add the card.* Is this set (12 cards) on the site and I am missing it, or is it something that can be added/created?
