I found this in a box of randoms. Any ideas? The back states that is a special card given out for certain achievements in the Boy Scouts.

The Shablotnik Report blog just posted about one of these cards, and a blog that he read that explained about it. That blog post can be found here: https://thecardchop.wordpress.com/2013/03/16/be-prepared-boy-scouts-braves/ I don't see the checklist on the database, and am not sure how to add it if the cards came out one per year.

I would go with the set all NNO, Years 1992-04. Set Name: Boy Scouts of America Atlanta Braves, Oddball

Looks like you got your answer, so all I can say is one of my happy baseball memories is listening to Harry Carey slurringly say, "Ashenmosher shtrikesh out Blausher!" v3
