          My question is what is this card??

The Data Base I think lists this card as : 2007 Topps Updates and Highlights- Chrome Refractor Rookies # TRC27 Masumi Kuwata.

There is no SN415 listed and I can't see any reference of the card being a refractor on the card it says Chrome.

Topps lists it as : 2007 Topps Upodate Chrome # TRC27 Masumi Kuwata. They list it as a Chrome with a SN415 listing.

         Can someone please help me on this?  I can't tell a Refractor from anything else unless it is stated on the card. I probably have more cards that are mislabeled in my collection.

Look at card TRC7 in Chrome Refractor Rookies.  Another person has already started labelling them as SN415, so I think you can follow this trend and enter  TRC27

Chrome Refractor Rookies

One individually-wrapped Chrome Refractor Rookie was inserted as a box-topper in each Hobby and HTA box. Each card is serial-numbered to 415 copies.

      Ebay lists 2 cards.

1 - Burbank Sportcards lists one 2007 (Pirates) Topps Update Chrome TRC27/415.

2- COMC lists 2007 Topps Updates & Highlights Rookie Chrome Refractor TRC27.

I believe it is the Chrome because I don't see Refractor listed on the card.

     I believe I will put it in my box labeled No One Knows 

It scans like a Refractor, it matches the SN... without being able to see the rainbow of colors, I'm confident in saying that this is indeed a Refractor. They don't always say so.
