It was Dusty's 30th of the season. Making the Dodgers the first team in history to have four 30-HR players in one season.

I'll never forgive those two. Now, it takes about 14 minutes for a basketball player to shoot two free throws.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster. |

Ok, who was the first player out of Maryland selected in an MLB first year player draft? Hint: it was in the first of these drafts in 1965.

Just a shot in the dark, Reggie Jackson. I figured 3 years in the minors and '68 rookie year. And also thinking HOFer, but the correct answer is probably not one.

sandyrusty is correct! Fun fact: Andover HS and Brooklyn Park HS merged into North County High School, the school I now attend. The building that used to hold Andover HS became Lindale MS, my former MS.
