I had to stop reading when he tried burying the Ruth/Gehrig Yankkes that are 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. ------------------------------- I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

I'm not saying the Astros can't hit. I'm saying that writer can't write. ------------------------------- I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

I love my Astros, have since the mid 80's. But. I can't even begin to compare anybody to that legendary Yankees team. That's ridiculous, different era. That said, I was a little nervous about Brantley. I knew he could hit for average, but he's showcasing more! Now, crossing my fingers that Altuve returns to form!

Well I'm hoping they lose the next 3 against my White Sox. I'll be down there for business and may take in Tuesday's game.

Always looking for Blackhawk hockey, Notre Dame Football, White Sox and Bears Stuff. I have a plaque in my card room that says, "I could have been a millionaire but my mom threw out my baseball cards". How apropos!!! Collecting Chicago Blackhawks Hockey, Doug Wilson Hockey, Chicago Bears Older, Notre Dame Football in their college jerseys and Chicago White Sox.
