Thanks to everyone who posted in the thread today! A special thanks to C2C who send me a real card within a card before he posted this thread. I received it on Friday and immediately sent him a TY PM. He sent me a 1966 Topps Cardinals card for my collection. But I laughed at the b-day card protecting it. The front is a cow with a party hat. It says "It's your birthday...". And the inside simply says "Milk it for all it's worth!". Great card Chuck!!! But my sister beat you for the funniest b-day card. I'll have to add scans of it. Your cake picture looks tasty if the confetti isn't actually on it.
@Billy - JJ was real close. If the race wasn't cut short, I think he could have got the win! But his 3rd place finish bumped me into 3rd in both of the Fantasy NASCAR games I play. So I was happy about that.
@switzr1 - I didn't party hard, so I'm still in a pretty solid state of mind. I've downed quite a few beers at this point now. But only one hamburger, a couple of bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers and one cupcake.
@papag - I love that image!
Thanks again to everyone that wished me a Happy Birthday! It was a nice day. Almost everything I received as a gift was related to sports. Multiple T-shirts and new decals for the rear windshield of my new car, plus a bunch of cash/Target gift cards. I also got $60 worth of Gift Certificates to dacardworld.com. I didn't even ask for that, so now the fun begins in deciding what to spend it on.
NO PWE's EVER!!! PLZ PM me 1st before sending any offer. ONLY selling cards as of March 2024. No trades or purchases right now.
