it's been about 2-3 years since Rediscover Topps cards began to be pulled, and then most collectors moved on to the 2018 products
I wasn't here then.
I don't think Topps released a check list. I think the check lists that are here are crowd sourced checklists. Collectors reporting to the moderators what they have in hand.
I suspect that Topps stamped and released many thousands of different cards.
Are collectors still interested in having cards added to the various Blue / Bronze / Gold checklists?
I have about 20, but if it has come to the point that nobody cares, I won't bother.

Yes! We are still adding those almost daily from IR reports. You've hit the exact problem - there's no way of knowing what was stamped and released, so we have to add one by one.
Heck, I've taken on the project of going through COMC and adding the 2015 football buybacks that never got input. Let's get as many listed as we can!
-------------------------------
I'll never quit collecting entirely, but I am downsizing. Check out my COMC store and help me thin out what I don't want so I can buy cards that I do want. See something you like? Send me a message on here, and we can knock the price down quite a bit. I'll even take a bit of a loss if it means getting you a card you really want.

Here's an old thread that may help a bit.
The owner of the card shop I frequent had a couple that I passed on simply because I don't PC the players he had. I didn't think to get the info from him. I'll try to remember once things get back to normal and he can open for business again.

I do think having them listed here has value, as some player and team collectors seek them out.
I am lukewarm on them in my collection, but others may like them more than I do.
I even know some vintage guys that get them when they can, and add to back of their binder of their full original set.

I'm a big buyback guy- 2014 75th, 2015 Originals, 2016 65tth, 2017 Rediscover. Plus, Bowman 70th, Allen and Ginter 10th, Heritage, Upper Deck 20th, etc,

I do not collect buybacks, but I belive that if the cards can be verified they should be listed. There are buyback collectors or player collectors and I think having as complete as possible checklist will help.

I still submit IRs for these when I come across them.

I just submitted an ir for 3 or 4. I like them. I haven’t gotten any big names. A 78 Bobby Bonds is probably the best one I have.

I like the buyback stamp on the 2015 Originals, and the 2016 65th Anniversary.
The 2017 Rediscover is the least attractive. Very weak effortby Topps. IMO

here's a new variation on the "value" for you
The value I give them is as a modern Set Collector. [compared to your comment of vintage]
Semi Super collecting 2012 Topps, and going for any year after 2012 Topps if the same card image and design is used as 2012 Topps
if there is a buyback of a 2012 Topps, any year subsequent to 2012, I want it, Any player / Any Team.
or the rookie reprints of 2012 Topps cards [Harper / Darvish] ... including those mini framed silk patches
or the 2017 archives retrospectives of Jeter that did a reprint of the 2012 Jeter, or the 2018 archives retrospective series of Ichiro
