They are Upper Deck, not sure of the year. 1991 sounds right. I believe they are actually stickers. 1 per foil pack. ------------------------------- Minor League Collector, Collecting cards featuring players in Cedar Rapids uniforms or Logos, all sports, from past and present. Researching forgotten set variations.
