In previous years you could tell the difference between cards (if they are a parallel or not) by comparing the code on the back of the card. BUT it seems this year all of the parallels have the same code: CMP037269! I looked at base, "no foil" printing error base, gold, black, camo, pink and purple parallels.

Photo variations card have different numbers: CMP037284 and CMP037285.

I don't see why you couldn't send back any flawed card.  In business law it's called an implied warranty.  

You can send them back and Topps will replace them.  Just need to start with the form on the Topps site.  I've already sent back some damaged cards from Series 1 and received my replacements.  (Decade of Dominance die cuts all but destroyed the cards).
