They're brothers Ed and Mud Bruneteau. Looks like Ed on the left card and Mud on the right card. A serious Red Wings collector can probably back me up. Can't confirm, but I'd say that's Ed on the left. And Mud on the right But a little tough to say for sure. Those guys could be brothers or something!

I just resolved a month-old IR regarding this one. Thanks to bevans for linking this thread to the IR!

My write up in the IR:

Added a "b" version for what appears to be a corrected version that actually pictures Mud, not his brother Ed.

I have also added ERR notation to the 215 card that was already there, indicating that the photo is not o Mud, but of Ed.
