My take on these.
1 - Most of them are WAY too clean. Used printing plates look like this:

Absolutely NONE of the obaks are graded. A search on this guy's ebay listings using "BGS Plate" turns up almost 2000 items. BGS Obak and PSA Obak both bring back ZERO hits. None are graded, which is a problem. Most likely means they aren't legit.
The other thing that strikes me as odd, their listings of any single player mostly yields one color plate for the various releases. Odd that they would have the Cyan plate of the base cad, the mini, and the auto card, but not the magenta, yellow, or black ones. (Or some other combo, but they always seemed to have the one color of the trio of cards.)
These plates may have actually been the plates used. (Although I doubt that.) If they were, they were not distributed via normal hobby means and as such, we should not list them.
I would like to see others' opinions before anyone takes action on these.
