25. 2017-18 Upper Deck #126 Brady Skjei
Although the Golden Knights got me into the sport, the Rangers quickly became my team. Henrik Lundqvist has become my favorite, with Mats Zuccarello and Brady Skjei my favorite skaters. I didn't have a card of Skjei, until I got this one! It was in the same pack as the Andersen jersey. Later on Christmas I got Skjei's Panini Sticker as well. His name is pronounced "Shay" in case you are wondering. It literally translates to "spoon". Even though I got 1012 new cards, almost 600 of them NHL, I did not get a single new card of the other two Rangers I mentioned. |

Whoooooaaaaaa...Panini is making Action Packed cards?? I gotta get some. The only pack of racing cards I've ever bought was the old Action Packed set. Now I want a new one! | ||
Also, I can't see Eddie Shore and not think of "Old Time Hockey". Toe Blake, Dit Clapper, Eddie Shore, those guys were the greats. Billy, you need to watch Slap Shot if you've never seen it. | ||
The Action Packed cards come one per blaster...but they are not embossed! I still want to complete them. The 1994 Action Packed set is one of my all-time favorite sets ever. I haven't seen the movie yet but I'm sure I will at some point! |
