If I make you a trade proposal, and you don't want to trade, or you need time, or cards I want are pending, or you feel that I've unintentionally lowballed you, it's okay - at least decline the offer. Just declining my offers without any comment or trade revision doesn't really help me submit better trades.  The more I know about your wants/needs, the better chance I have of getting a good offer out to you. 

Current U.S. to Canada first class postage rate (up to 2 oz.) is $1.55 up to 3.5 oz. ($2.84) . Global Forever stamps work as well. There's also no need to pay $14.85 for shipping with international tracking, because it is just too expensive

SN/MANU and PR cards are not listed on my want list but feel free to include them in trade proposals - always interested.
