This set was released as a point of sale giveaway at Pennzoil gas stations in the Pennsylvania area. It was distributed in five-card cello packs. There was a specific pack designated for each week of the eight-week promotion. The "Week One" pack contained cards #1-5, "Week Two" was cards #6-10, and so on up to cards #36-40 on Week Eight. There was also a complete factory set that was given out in Pennzoil hospitality packages at some races.
