- 8 1/2" x 11" numbered promo sheets of the 20 Rookie Sensation cards were available by sending in 10 wrappers plus a dollar for shipping and handling.
- 2,000 autographed Roger Clemens cards were randomly inserted into packs.
- Rookie Prospects were back in the 1992 set after missing the 1991 set. This is the first year a rookie prospect did not share a card with another player.
- The 20-card 'Rookie Sensations' subset was available through a mail-in offer for $1 and 10 Fleer wrappers. A ten-card uncut promo sheet measuring 8 1/2" x 11" was also available, with the offer expiring July 31, 1992.
