I gave this set an 8.5 rating. A lot of cards without action. No artwork in this set. Number of team player cards not balanced. No text bio for goalkeepers on card backs.

I gave both the "Stand Out Performers" insert set and the "Bora's Fantasy Team" insert set a 9.5 rating. I only docked the set 0.5 point for not including the player position on the front of the cards.

I gave the Walter Iooss Portraits insert set an 8.5 rating. The artist should have been more creative with background in these photos (although the Tony Meola portrait was good...background showing what he is as a player). Also, the font size of the text below the portraits was way too small!

Upper Deck produced this set for the 1994 World Cup hosted in the United States. The card backs are printed in both English and Spanish.
