Shouldn't these also be considered Hardee's cards? I have three of these, which I got at a Hardee's at the time of this promotion (Roy Roger's wasn't a thing in my region). In fact, if you type "Hardee's X-men Cards" on eBay, these are the ones that come up.

It sounds like you have these cards: 1995 Hardees X-Men Timegliders. It only has four cards.

The numbering and characters on the first four cards are the same on both sets. The fronts have different images between the sets and the backs have different text, though they do have the same layout.

I have cards 1-4 and each say card xx of 4. Where did #5 come from? I feel this is in error.
