I didn't start collecting cards until '87, so when I finally acquired one of these in the mid-00's, I didn't know what to think of it. I thought someone had defaced my card. Regardless, I don't care for this variation.

I have two of these and finding them cheap enough is a daunting task. The $1.25 price given for this is a joke. It should be more like $25.00!

Another card that I always seem to get. A good ballplayer but not a star. Best known for being part of the 1986 World Series Red Sox meltdown.

This was my first baseball card.

This photo was taken at Shea Stadium on May 31, 1977 in either the third or fourth inning. Gene Richards is the Padres first baseman.
