I have a few of these cards of Rypien but 1 is completely unique in that it has no foil on the front or back of the card. It is not marked "Promo" or listed in any checklist I can find as of today being 29SEP2017 @1500hrs. If anyone reads this and has seen others that have no foil please let me know. I CANNOT find it discussed in the Forums here or elsewhere either. I wish I could slap a pic up in this area to allow those seeing this card and set etc to know about this foil missing issue. I CANNOT find ANY Action Packed Cards missing all foil in any search on TCDB or elsewhere either so it's possibly very rare I suppose. Thanks & God Bless.
