• In the 12 Epix insert sets, the numbering in the sets all run from E1 to E24, but there are 6 numbers missing in each checklist. The sets were released across multiple products, Pinnacle, Score, and Zenith. The 6 missing numbers in each checklist were scheduled to be released in the Pinnacle Certified product, however Pinnacle went out of business and never released Pinnacle Certified.
• The Pinnacle Epix insert cards were issued across 3 brands: Pinnacle, Score, & Zenith (the 4th brand, Pinnacle Certified, did not get released due to Pinnacle going bankrupt). The Epix sets had 24 different players, each card was supposed to have 4 different types (Game, Moment, Play, & Season), and 3 different colors of each type (Emerald, Orange, & Purple), to make 12 different sets. There were 6 cards of each set released in each product. The following table indicates which cards were released in which products (all 3 colors were issued together, the N/As were never issued, P = Pinnacle, S = Score, Z = Zenith):

• A gold foil version of the Ken Griffey Jr. "Hit it Here" insert card was discovered in the aftermarket in 2018. None of the other nine cards in the set are known to exist in this gold foil version, and the overall quantity and intended purpose of the gold Ken Griffey Jr. are also unknown.
