Available only in China, the set is based on the 2013-14 Hoops set. However, the design of the base cards has been modified so the cards do not have a white border. All appearances of the name "NBA Hoops" have been removed from the cards. The inserts, while having the same checklists as the corresponding Hoops set, are printed on mirror foil and also do not carry the Hoops name.

Some places list this set as "Hoops Chinese" but that is incorrect- Hoops does not appear on the cards in any location.
