these were the first baseball cards I ever collected. I was 7 and just like today, completely Baseball obsessed. Unfortunately, as a kid, mist of these cards ended up not surviving, and those that did, aren't in a great condition. As a teen, I was lucky enough to meet some of the players on some of these cards, and they generously signed them for me. This set isn't anything special, even by the standards of cards coming out of the US at the time, but they always make me nostalgic, and remind me of how I started what my wife calls an illness in collecting cards.
