“ Even though some members can't get beyond the "trading card" name of the site, cataloging items like this one are of great value to some collectors. In the past, there MIGHT be a listing for a set like this in one of the printed almanacs, but without the ability to see a picture of the actual card, many questions would remain unanswered.
It's not tough to find a checklist of 1988 Topps baseball. This site is the "go-to" place for detectives trying to identify items like this. And there is tremendous value in that.
