Year: 1982
Set: Topps (Rate)
Card: #464 Juan Bonilla
“ One of Topps' most attractive designs in terms of colour and flair. Glad they brought these back in last year's Archives. The photography, however, leaves something to be desired. ” -Luckynumber78
“ This card would have been perfect without the fake signature. I know, broken record. ” -Billy Kingsley
“ That's a nice looking card. ” -Young Kilo
“ Love this old stuff ” -SFC Temple
“ I love how they give an individual game blurb on the back. Makes me want to see those "2 dazzling plays". ” -suomibear8
“ 1982 Topps "Hockey" design. I remember the buzz around the hobby about them looking like they should be a hockey design, not a baseball one. I also remember not liking it that much back then, but at least Topps photos were better than Donruss and Fleer's. ” -vrooomed
“ The Padres best look was their mid-80's pinstripes. They haven't looked the same in their navy and gold. ” -jlaz10
“ I just can't think of anything to say for this Juan... ” -Hollywood42
“ When Bobby Bonilla joined the league Juan was forced to change his name to Juan of two Bonilla... ” -SaveDaKid
“ This was from my 2nd year of collecting at age 7. Back then I thought the autographs cool. Now I hate cards with fake autographs. Another thing about this set.. I liked the backs with the fact blubs on them, but the dark green with the dark text was hard on my 7yo eyes. Now they are even harder to read ” -ThemightyOx
