Not a big fan of these and any other colored borders since the 90s. Carthafe44 - I suspect that this is a scan of a card that is in a plastic 9-card page which gives it a bit of fuzziness.

I like a white border on the base set. Otherwise, I start thinking "is this some colored parallel version, gold, teal, purple"?
