“ Where does the time go? These cards came up like yesterday and now they say it's NHL 100 years. wow... ” -Duke

“ Great scan of a great early UD design. Hard to believe that 1991-92 is 25 years ago. ” -Billy Kingsley

“ Typical early 90's Upper Deck. ” -carthage44

“ Not a hockey fan, but I get a kick out of such a tough sport - and probably even tougher player - players can have such a sweet sounding name, Ben-wah Brew-nay. ” -Sportzcommish

“ I prefer blondes. ” -sahal694

“ Ahhhhh, Upper Deck before they decided to go crazy with foil / designs / 100000000 different sets a year. ” -rmpaq5

“ Nice early Upper Deck set. I have a bunch of these. Not a complete set. Need to see what I still need in it. Have a bunch of dupes from a box I had gotten cheap. Still have the box with one of the Gretzky boxtoppers, box is a beater but I think the card/bottom is mostly good. ” -captkirk42

“ YES!!!! Finally, something that is real nice that I collected back in the day. The Upper Deck Hockey were awesome in those early years, in fact, all Upper Deck from 1989 through 1992 were just amazing and novel. The bright white, the thicker card stock, the awesome pictures, the pictures on the back. THE HOLOGRAM LOGO!!! You felt like you were holding something awesome and expensive. If it wasn't for the mass overproduction....sigh. These were awesome cards!!! ” -muskie027
