Year: 2008

Set: Score (Rate)

Card: #149 Damon Huard

“ Damon Huard is a Husky. Ewww! ” -ketchupman36

“ Why is Damon Huard on imposed on a white and red soccer ball. It looks like he is supposed to be drawn and quartered by attaching extremities to the red spots. ” -muskie027

“ Oh yeah, I remember that guy...lifelong NFL backup QB. What's that? He started for nearly two full seasons in Kansas City?! In fairness - and I'm not sure many remember this - Damon Huard and Tom Brady were neck-and-neck for the job to be Drew Bledsoe's backup. Belichick really has perfected the art of dropping his sloppy seconds on KC, huh? ” -OCHawkeye

“ AHHH!!!! IT BURNS IT BURNS! The memories are haunting me! ” -jupiterhill

“ Ex-Washington Huskies should not be made fun of. It is no longer acceptable in society to mock the mentally disabled. ” -parsley24

“ If you're going to have that much white space on a card front, the team name could be large enough to read and the player's position certainly could fit (about 300 times). And what's up with the snake in the score logo? I could see it if this was a Ken Stabler card. ” -vrooomed

“ At least I was the best Huard to play in the NFL. ” -carthage44

“ Really? A Chief is the Roast card! I ” -RoyalChief

“ What is a "huard"? I don't know, but it just threw another interception. ” -jimmyjam

“ Chiefs? The Chiefs? Wait let me catch my breath from all this laughter... OK OK The Chiefs despite their racist name, I'm one to talk I'm a Redskins fan, they have been trying OH SO hard to make the playoffs. Hehehe in the last 10 years they have made the playoffs about 5 times usually in the wild card game and losing that. OK so twice they made it to the divisional game one of those via a Wild Card win. At least it is better than the Skins who have lost about 3 Wild Cards in the last 10 years. Lets see ah the 1990s they reached the AFC Championship game AND ...lost. OK they have made the Super Bowl but only twice. They lost the very first one and won one three years later in 1969. Talk about your Championship drought. ” -captkirk42

“ "OK Sarge we have the enemy in our sights!" "OK Private ............ Sack when ready!" After years of dedication they finally manage to make the jaw-dropping Tanks VS Madden : Armageddon ” -ranfordfan

“ Way too much unnecessary dead space on this card. Seems to be a common thread in Panini's resurrection of the Score football brand. Disappointing. ” -mkaz80

“ Terrible card. Logo on the helmet looks stupid. Should be airbrushed like classic 1970s Topps. And the idea of numbering a card with an actual numeral is so behind the times. Should be card number KC-DH. Stupid card. ” -switzr1

“ interesting shaped card 12 sides, jk. ” -Memeboi

At least he was better than Brock...

Not really a fan of the "Roast This Card" theme but I enjoyed the others. As a one time special the theme week was fun. I wouldn't want to see it all the time but once a year or so would be cool.
