“ Not a bad card, although a bit noisy on the back. I was sitting here for about 45-60 seconds thinking if he was really a 2nd baseman or not. The stats were pitching, and I thought it might be an error card, but not labelled. And then I saw the "P" next to his name that also confirmed my memory he was a pitcher. So why the huge "2b" right above that?! Ohhhhh.....I'll bet that's supposed to be a "26". Must be a uniform number. Horrible font choice, Fleer. ” -kents_stuff

That was maybe the worst design for an Ultra set ever! Both the front and back are just terrible. I don't see why anyone would think these are good designs. The only good thing it has going for it is the stats on the back. Everything else is just horrible!

UGH my original comment didn't post. I don't recall my exact words but I do know the "26" confused me thinking it was a "2b" then I saw the "P" by his name. I lke most Ultra sets I even like this one a little, but the jersey number should be much smaller and easier font to read. It also makes it look like the card number weirdly on front. Team logo would be nice and player name more dominant and maybe mixed case not all caps. Back is bad with that color combination that is one of the many reasons I prefer the classic vintage sets the background is either the raw cardboard or white with one maybe 2 colors.

Sticking together problem solver. I'm storing them in the card boxes and some cards do stick together. But I bought a bag of silica gel packs and drop one in every box to stop the moisture from getting around on the cards. also, leave some room in the box don't pack them in tight.
