“ This era of racing cards, there are some strange designs. Not in the interesting or good way either. Mainly boring. ” -ShoTime

“ Maybe it's the scan, but I do not like the picture. I do like they have a picture of driver on the cars. ” -kirkscards

“ Go Speed Racer, Go Speed Racer, Go Speed Racer Gooooo. Um OK I got nothing for this nice racing card. Kind of like it and the back. ” -captkirk42

“ I guess it’s cool for a racing card. I see car, driver, stars. I’d say, the card itself is cool. ” -muskie027

“ Good but not great racing card. Got the two most important things but the car needs to be more in focus. ” -davidhandberry

“ interesting that they made this card, little only ran 1 cup race that season in #97, there should be a picture of the car on the front but I guess they couldn't find a picture of the 1 race? also if you read the back it says the car owner is Mark Rypien Motorsports, and yes that is the same Mark Rypien, they are both from Spokane ” -Thunderfoot

I missed writing about this one somehow! Power is my 2nd least favorite set of 1994...but considering 1994 is my favorite year for NASCAR cards, ranking 18th out of 19 is not all that bad! That year's Power set was a little odd...even though this is a Chad Little card, it shows Ernie Irvan and Ken Schrader's cars. And the back shows the start of the 1993 Daytona 500- the first race I ever saw, and totally coincidentally, what I'm watching on my phone as I type this. Chad drove the #9 Melling Racing Ford in that race.

Chad eventually became the director of NASCAR's Mexican division, and his son Jesse competes today. Unfortunately his self-owned team had the boring name of Little Motorsports...the team Chad and his father owned in the 1980s and 1990s was called Fast Fever Racing.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards.

Also! 1994 Power was one of the first sets to have a one-per-pack parallel, which this is. I completed the base set on January 18th. It was the last set ever released by Pro Set. I have 44 of the 150 Gold Cup '94 parallels and just added this missing ones to my wantlist.
