How do You Actually change cards In The Trading segment of this website

If you are asking how to propose a trade with another member, go to FAQ link at the bottom of the page under General Info. There is a Trading section in the FAQ which should help as a starter.

And it depends if it is listed under Composing, Offers, or Proposed. A trade you've already Proposed can't be changed by you; only Withdrawn. An Offer you've received is changed by Countering and "Edit Item(s)". A trade you are Composing is changed by "Edit Item(s)".
