“ Love this set. Over 800 cards in the set and a bunch of very rare error cards. ” -carthage44

“ A Pro-Set. Which set upon the world much as locusts did to the Egyptians during the story of the Exodus. A hoard of cardboard dumped and chocking out all those standing before them. More trees were destroyed between Pro-Set Football and Hockey than a trillion beavers descending upon the great forests of North America. That being said they were well designed aesthetically. ” -rmpaq5

“ In my opinion still one of the best sets of the overproduction years of the 1990s. ” -captkirk42

“ I ProSet's football and hockey issues quite a bit. Photos were good, cards were colourful, decent write-ups. Reminds me a lot of Score. ” -dilemma19

“ Love Pro Set. Over produced but great sets. ” -cjjt

“ Very clean cut, but not too boring. Not bad one bit. Add of course its a Marcus Allen. That makes this card something worthy of my collection. ” -DarkSide830

“ Legendary player, not-so-legendary set. ” -DanD

One of my favorite sets.... great action shots, huge set, love the pro bowl & rc's cards. The overproduction is a good thing only because I was able to complete the set with relative ease in 2010. Only needed one box to complete series II.

I really don't have much football in my collection but I like the design of these. A team logo on the front upper right would be cool, but really can't complain. The whole card, front and back has a purpose and it just works.

having a million of these as a kid made me kind of resent this set (along with most sets during that era) but seeing them years later and seeing the simple designs and the classic looks, they bring a form of nostalgia and collectability again

I love it.

Pro Set is cheap, well designed and good writing on the back

I like this set a lot. Overproduction doesn't bother me AT ALL so long as I'm not being overcharged too. Not crazy about all the errors, but zero complaints about this specific Marcus Allen card.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff.  Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

I loved everything about the Pro Set line.  A shame they flamed out so quick.
