Do it with the 1988 Donruss Baseball's Best Greg Gagne card. Between the horrible orange and Greg Gagne looking like he knows something we shouldn't, it's guaranteed instant happiness!

I would do it first, then tell her about it after you're done. When she sees that bright yellow wall, how could she not love it?!

I have been thinking about something like that for quite a while. I even did some research on the idea about 6-8 months ago. I thought about something like doing an entire wall all in the beautiful 1991 Fleer baseball. I'm not sure the wife would approve though.
I think I may have worked out an idea where I can seal coat them into panels and then attach the panels to a wall. I'm just not sure how to break the idea to the spouse yet?

Agree. I saw Fleer Ultras among them as well.
Nice idea, would it cheaper doing that way or using junk wax uncut sheets?
By the way, they mention that the full wall is available for taking, but Idaho is a bit too far for me to go these days.

Interesting video, thanks for sharing.
Reminds me of what I did as a kid.
70s wacky packages our all over the interior door to closet in my room...40+ years later, still there. On his last visit, my son showed my grandkids what a bad boy little mark was!

The first time i ever saw that was at a Mcdonalds in the early 70's next to what used to be Blue Bonnets (a horse racing track) They had ticket stubs from the race track in the top of the table fastened down with a glass top, it impressed me and hope to make some tables in the future with the many damaged unsellable cards i have accumulated over the years.

1) That Gagne card is about the creepiest thing I have ever seen.
2) I kinda did this as a kid. I put a bunch in cheap 9 pockets and thumbtacked the pages to the wall.

"If you're interested in getting your hands on those cards, the Brodt family says the entire wall is available, as one piece (no individual cards)."
Can't get those individual late 80s era cards, eh? Well gee whiz darn it.

I think my favorite part is the list of names in the collection:
“including Greg Maddux, Willie Hernandez, Jim Ackers, Dave Revering, Jack Lazorko, Tom Neidenfuer, and Bob Horner.”

That's a cool story. How fortunate that it was done with cards that won't be worth less with glue on their backs.

I wouldn't even bother to look, if I didn't know Jack Lazorko was there. Waste of time otherwise.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.
