I just opened a 08-09 Ultra Hockey hobby box I found on clearance and in one pack I got a misprint card (no foil). Is there not somebody who collects this type of thing?

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

When I think of "error collector", I think of BOBCARDS. Sorry Billy , I have you associated with Basketball.

Do you just do errors/vars only or do you do miscuts too? Just curious.

I don't usually do miscuts (off-center, half of another players card, wrong back) unless I really like the look of it. I'm more of the print error type of guy, like a fish-eye that is blocking a portion of somebody's name or causes discoloration on the card.

I have a bizarre error from 2004 Topps baseball, it’s a picture of Ron Gardenshire as the Twins manager and is labeled so, but is overlapped with the bordering of a different, sideways card in the set, it’s like the card went through the machines twice, but the back of the card is Ron again, it’s so bizarre

Most of the cards I own are older than me

Also from 2008 hockey, I really liked MVP that year and I opened a pack from a blaster and got a Jarome Iginla insert with a hole in the middle of the card about 1 inch in diameter!!! It was the only card in the pack like that and I’ve never seen or heard of that happening before or since
