Quick question, I just opened a brand new hobby box of 2013-14 Panini Score Hockey Jumbos and pulled a fantastic Team8s Jersey card only to flip it over to the unvisible side and ............. damaged right out of the pack!! No way in heck it could have gotten that way other than in production, Was a sweet Bruins crad to with Seguin, Hamilton and Rask, along with five other players!! Am P**SED!!! Is there any hope in helll of any kind of response from them if I pass along the issue, I took photos of the card and the box as soon as it happened. I have no clue if there is any kind of deadline for this kind of thing, as for the price we pay for these things I would certainly hope so ........... but with the luck I seem to have I doubt it. Any tips and or help would be greatly appreciated!!

If you are on Twitter, send them the photos. However, now that they no longer have the NHL license, I wouldn't hold out much hope. I've pulled damaged cards myself, it's really frustrating...especially when it's a rare card not easily replaced.
Sometimes the sqeaky wheel does get the proverbial grease, so it can't hurt to try.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards. From thier website .......
"Panini America is able to replace factory damaged cards on a card-for-card basis, while supplies last, and as long as a library card exists. A request for replacements can be made up to 12 months after product release(only). Panini America strongly suggests that you track your package or keep a proof of delivery for all damaged card requests. Panini America is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Any ineligible card(s) that Panini America is unable to replace, for any reason, will be returned back to the customer. A damaged card replacement is not guaranteed. We are unable to replace packs, boxes, cases, sample cards, promotional cards, "Recollection" cards, "No Purchase Necessary" cards and cards containing trapped autographs"
Since it was released July 24, 2013 it looks like it doesnt even matter about licensing issues. Man that sucks!! Figured as much. And life goes on.

I think all the companies put the one year after release, but I would still take the chance of sending it in for replacement. Worst thing that happens, you get the damaged card back. Explain to them you just purchased the box (and in any letter you enclose, gush about how great their product is/products are). You might get lucky. And if they can't replace that exact card, they might send you something else along with the returned card. Oh yeah, and you're out a couple dollars on the the postage. For a sweet card like that, worth it.

I just tried doing a replacement through Panini's website tonight and they dont even let you just ask about it, there is quite a neat system they use to say which card you want replaced. The 2013-14 Score is no longre listed as available so I dont hold out much hope. Is it worth sending the card away and having something happen to it to make it even worse? Or even worse yet lost in the mail? I dont do twitter or facebook either (go ahead call me old!!) so not much more I can see to do really. UGH ....... I feel beaten down. LOL

They seem pretty firm on the "A request for replacements can be made up to 12 months after product release(only)." That is the only part on the request form that is in bold print.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.
